Jordan Perrault is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Construction Foundation of BC (CFBC). His team has partnered with more than 20 First Nations across British Columbia to develop trades training and workforce development initiatives that integrate employment, well-being, and education priorities.

Michelle Canaday, Construction Foundation of BC

Michelle Canaday is a First Nations leader and educator with over 20 years of experience supporting education and community development in British Columbia. A member of St’uxwtéws (Bonaparte First Nation, Secwepemc Nation), she is Director of First Nations Initiatives at the Construction Foundation of BC, where she leads Indigenous-focused workforce development and pathways into trades and employment.
