So when major repairs are needed to bring on-reserve housing up to minimum health and safety standards, we’re here to help. Through our Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) On-Reserve, we help First Nations cover the costs of major repairs to substandard homes.

Brad collaborates in partnership with First Nation communities on their housing goals by providing his expertise and guidance on CMHCs range of housing solutions and funding options to advance their housing outcomes.
Ishita Panchal is a Specialist, Indigenous and Northern Housing Solutions, Ontario at CMHC. She has been working directly with the first nation communities for over 6 years; works in partnership with the Indigenous clients On and Off-Reserve to help them address their housing related matters. She provides her expertise and guidance on a range of CMHC’s housing solutions to achieve their housing objectives.
