The Government of Canada, through CMHC, is launching a $1B Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) to help address the urgent housing needs of vulnerable Canadians by rapidly creating new affordable housing units. The initiative will cover the construction of modular housing, as well as the acquisition of land, and the conversion of existing buildings to affordable housing.

Frank Horn is a Specialist, Indigenous and Northern Housing Solutions, Ontario at CMHC. He has been working directly with the first nation communities for 10 years; works in partnership with the Indigenous clients both On and Off-Reserve to help them address their housing related matters. He provides his expertise and guidance on a range of CMHC’s program offerings to achieve their housing objectives.
