Webinar #5 What Are You Building in Your Community?
Thu Dec 4, 2025 | 2:00 PM EST | Tim Krug, Kitchnuhmahmaykoosib Inninuwug

A Community to Build Our Communities
The First Nations Housing (FNH) Community, a national association, aims to empower First Nations by collaborating with its members—representing people, communities, government, and industry—to co-create innovative housing solutions through a First Nations-led vision. By bringing these stakeholders together in a holistic effort, it strives to strengthen and uplift communities across Canada. Evolving from the 22-year legacy of the First Nations Housing Conference, the FNH Community serves as a dynamic hub for meaningful collaboration among stakeholders.
“By First Nations for First Nations”
The First Nations Housing Conference (FNHC) is Canada’s leading event dedicated to addressing housing challenges and promoting sustainable solutions for First Nations communities. Since its inception in 2003, the conference has been a premier platform for connecting housing professionals, industry leaders, government officials, and community members.
The 2026 First Nations Housing Conference theme “Stronger Alliances, Stronger Homes” celebrates the power of collaboration. Strong partnerships within First Nations and between Community, Industry, and Government are key to creating sustainable, resilient housing. By working together in collaboration, we do more than finding solutions to empower First Nations!
